I think it was truly amazing to see a dish from your culture and one that you truly like also. It was cool to see a simple but truly delectable dish. I would just add an additional slide explaining the backstory and reasoning behind your choosing just for your readers to understand. Also, potentially add a personalized recipe if you can but if not that option was good.
I like the simple presentation and strong story. It really spoke to me about how food can be more than just something you eat and what you said about it being apart of your identity - Christopher
